Altostrata reads the public posting history of everyone you follow and picks out media posts you have never liked or reposted — then shows them at random, from any point in time.
First artwork appears in about two minutes; a full crawl of a large follow list can take twelve or more and keeps going in the background while you browse. Progress is saved continuously, so closing this tab only loses the page in flight — reopening it picks up right where the crawl left off.
Everything stays in this browser. There is no account, no password and no server — the index is built from public AT Protocol records and stored locally in IndexedDB. Nothing about what you have liked ever leaves your machine.
